So finally I decided to review this foundation. I’ve received this a few weeks back, but due to testing out other beauty products. I didn’t have the change to try this one out. So I’m sorry if I kept you waiting. But guys, this is a high end foundation that cost allot of money. So I think it’s important for me to try it out multiple times before given you my opinion and review. And here it is….

This high-coverage foundation was created by Nicolas Degennes, Makeup & Colour Artistic Director of Parfums Givenchy, to stand up to your every emotion. Its 24-hour wear, SPF 20 PA++ protection, moisturizing properties and waterproof formula help you take on physical activities and varying weather conditions with ease. The non-oily, multi-sensory texture blends perfectly with your skin, leaving a layer that is imperceptible to the touch for a nude skin sensation.

Key Points

  • available in 30 shades
  • based on two undertones (yellow and pink)
  • 20+ SPF
  • Water en Sweat proof
  • Medium to high coverage buildable
  • Natural Finish
  • 24 hour wear

My first impression is that the foundation looks very elegant and chique. Teint Couture Everwear comes in a glass bottle, which is really nice. I mean it is a high end foundation right? It has a very nice silver cap with the Givenchy logo on top. That’s a nice detail. I love that it has a pump. This makes it so much easier and convenient for the amount of products you’re using. And believe me, with only one pump you will come along way.

Application and Formula

Givenchy Teint Couture Everwear has a thick but creamy formula. Which makes it easy to blend. After one application my skin feels hydrated and nourish. My skin stills looks like skin and doesn’t feel heavy. But I still can feel the foundation a little on my skin. So I can’t say it’s lightweight like Givenchy say it is.

And that coverage! I know it’s name as a medium coverage foundation. But, it kind of gives me high coverage vibe, but still looking relatively natural. Is that even possible? Good job Givenchy! In case of it’s 24h long-wear. I can tell you that I didn’t wear it as long, but for several hours like I always do. And by the end of the day, the foundation was still sitting beautiful on my face. Without any side of oiliness. And that is a big achievement. Because I alway get oily at the end of the day.

All by all I can tell you that I loved this foundation. If you’re looking for a medium to a high coverage this can be the one for you. I personal like to use Teint Couture Everwear on days I need to look perfect for several hours. This foundation is good for a glam / brides makeup. Cause it gives you that coverage but sill looks natural, and then for hours. If you want it to be more on the glower side. Try mixing it in with some Teint Couture Radiant Drop. I know Givenchy also came out with the Teint Couture Everwear concealer, so I need to try this out.

The Givenchy Teint Couture Everwear foundation retails for €52,29 (30ml). And is here for purchase.
